Custom website design & development

A website that brings you more enquiries, calls, and bookings.

Built for your business alone — not a template, not a page builder. It loads fast, works properly on a phone, and gives every visitor an obvious way to contact you. One price of $600, and most sites go live in 2–3 weeks.

One fixed price, one person doing the work, and nothing on this page pretending to be something it isn’t.

  • You talk to the person building it

No account manager, no junior team, no work sent elsewhere.

  • The price is the price

Anything bigger than the agreed pages is quoted before we start.

  • Phones come first

Most of your customers arrive on one, so that is where the work goes.

  • The samples are labelled

Demos I built to show what is possible — never passed off as clients.

See the difference

One page. Eight different looks.
Not one word changes.

The block below never changes a single word. Only the look changes — the type, the colours, the spacing, the edges. This is how we settle on the right feel for your business before I build anything, so you are choosing between real options instead of a mood board.

Build what the business actually needs.

One person handles the message, the design and the build — so nothing gets lost between three people who never speak to each other.

01Strategy

Who buys from you, and what this page has to get them to do.

How it looks, and how it holds up on a phone.

Sample websites

Eight businesses. Eight completely different sites.

Demos I built to show what a dentist, a restaurant, an estate agent or a trade business could have. They are samples, not paid client work — real projects go up only when the business is happy to be named and linked.

A product-led SaaS concept that turns technical capability into a clear, confidence-building path from first view to product exploration.

02 / Real Estate

Monument Residences

Fictional concept · Not client work

An editorial property experience built around architecture, neighbourhood context, and a calm path to schedule a private viewing.

03 / Hospitality

Ember

Fictional concept · Not client work

A sensory hospitality concept that gives food, atmosphere, menu context, and reservations one coherent rhythm.

04 / Ecommerce

Arc Form

Fictional concept · Not client work

A tactile product-commerce concept for considered desk objects, balancing collection discovery with direct product decisions.

Everything a working website needs. Nothing you will never use.

The design, the build, the enquiry form, the Google setup and getting it live are one job at one price. If what you actually need is software — a booking system, customer logins, a full shop — I will say so instead of quietly charging you for it.

What goes into it

Six jobs.
One website that does all of them.

Tap through what actually goes into the build. Every one of them is there for the same reason: more of the people who land on your site get in touch.

How it looks

Settle the whole look before styling a single page.

Photos, colours, type and layout are chosen together, so the site feels like your business instead of a theme somebody decorated afterwards.

Why it matters

A good-looking website is not the point. The phone ringing is.

Looking good is what stops someone leaving. What happens in the next few seconds decides whether they call you, fill in the form, or go back to the search results and try the next business on the list.

  1. People understand what you do in five seconds

That is roughly how long you get. The top of the page says who you are, what you do and where you do it, before anyone has to scroll.

  2. It looks like a business worth paying

A site made for you, not a theme with your logo dropped into it. Online, the look does the job your reception or shopfront does in person.

  3. It works properly on a phone

Most of your customers arrive on a phone. Buttons big enough to tap, pages that load on mobile data, and a form that is not painful to fill in.

  4. Getting in touch is never more than one tap

Call, WhatsApp, email or the form, reachable from every screen — and every enquiry lands with enough detail for you to reply properly.

How it works

Eight steps. You approve as we go.

You are never left guessing what happens next or waiting weeks with no update. Each step ends with something you can look at, and nothing gets built before you have signed off on how it looks.

  1. 01

    Discover

I learn how you actually get customers today — who calls, what they ask first, what makes them choose you, and what your current site is not doing.

  2. 02

    Message

We get clear on what the site says first, what makes you the better choice, and the one question every customer asks before they commit.

  3. 03

    Plan

Decide which pages you actually need, what goes on each one, and the shortest path from landing on the site to picking up the phone.

  4. 04

    Design

You see the real look of your site — colours, type, photos, layout — and approve it before a single page gets built. No surprises later.

  5. 05

    Build

The real site gets built and checked on a phone as it goes, because that is where most of your customers will see it.

  6. 06

    Check

Every link, every form, every page on phone, tablet and desktop. Loading speed, readability, and the enquiry form tested end to end.

  7. 07

    Go live

The site goes onto your own domain and I check the live version myself, not just the preview. Most projects reach this point in 2–3 weeks.

  8. 08

    Hand over

You get the site, the files, the enquiry setup and plain-English notes on running it. It is yours — not rented from me.

Your enquiries

Every enquiry arrives with enough to reply straight away.

Name, contact details, what they want and where they found you — in your inbox and in a private sheet you own. No chasing people for the basics before you can quote.

Pick your industry

Eight industries. Eight ways to win the enquiry.

A dentist and a restaurant do not need the same website. Change the industry below and watch the whole thing change with it — what comes first, how it feels, and what the visitor is asked to do. Every example is a demo, not paid client work.

Every system below is fictional and built to demonstrate capability. No client relationship is implied.

About the samples

If something here is not real, it says so.

Client work

Goes up only when the business, the live link, and permission to show it are all in place.

Reviews & numbers

Only with a real, checkable source and the client’s approval. Never invented to fill space on a page.

Sample sites

Built by me to show what is possible, and always labelled as samples so nobody mistakes one for a case study.

Pricing

One price. Agreed before you pay it.

$600 covers the pages we agree on. If your project genuinely needs more than that, you see the number before any work starts — never on the invoice afterwards.

Signature website

One complete website, from first sketch to live on your own domain.

The pages we agree on, designed and built for your business. What is included, how many rounds of changes you get, and when it goes live are all written down before you pay anything.

Straight answers

The questions you are actually thinking.

Price, what is included, how long it takes, who owns it at the end, and what happens if you need something bigger.

01What do I actually get for $600?

A complete website designed and built for your business: the pages we agree on, a look made for you rather than a template, an enquiry form that reaches your inbox, the Google setup, speed and phone testing, and the site put live on your own domain. The exact page list is written down before you pay anything.

02Will this get me more enquiries?

That is what the whole thing is built for — clear wording, an obvious way to get in touch on every screen, and pages that load fast on a phone. What I will not do is promise you a number. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed percentage before seeing your business is guessing, and results also depend on how many people find you and how quickly you reply.

03Is $600 really the final price?

For the pages we agree on, yes. If you need something genuinely bigger — a lot more pages, a real online shop, customer logins, a booking system, or software behind the site — I will tell you the extra cost before any work starts. Never on the invoice afterwards.

04Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. The enquiry asks for your current URL so the existing structure, content, technical constraints, and migration needs can be reviewed before scope is confirmed.

05Do you build ecommerce websites?

I can design and build premium ecommerce front ends and product storytelling. A real catalogue, checkout, payment, inventory, tax, or fulfilment integration is not assumed in the Signature Website package and must be scoped around the platform you use.

06Do you build WordPress websites?

WordPress is not assumed in the Signature Website package. If your content workflow needs WordPress, the editor experience, theme requirements, existing plugins, hosting, and security responsibilities are reviewed before any commitment or quote is made.

07Do you build SaaS or product websites?

Yes, when the task is a product marketing website, launch site, or front-end product narrative. Large application backends, authentication, billing, and complex product infrastructure are not silently included and require separate technical discovery.

08Do you build custom backend applications?

Not inside this package. Large SaaS backends, marketplaces, banking systems, custom CRMs, authentication systems, and other application infrastructure require separate technical discovery and pricing.

09Who owns the website after completion?

You do. Once the project is paid, the site and its files are handed over to you. Anything from a third party — fonts, a hosting account, a service you subscribe to — keeps its own terms, and I will tell you which is which.

10Where will my website be hosted?

Cloudflare by default, because it is fast and costs almost nothing to run. If you already have hosting you want to keep, or your business needs something specific, we sort that out before I build.

11Can enquiries go into Google Sheets?

Yes. Every enquiry can drop straight into a private Google Sheet in your own account, with the name, contact details, what they want, and where they came from already filled in. The sheet stays yours.

12Can you connect Google Analytics?

Yes. The site can be wired up so you can see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which ones lead to enquiries. We agree what you want to track, and the cookie and consent side, before it is switched on.

13Is SEO included?

The groundwork is: your pages are built so Google can find and list them properly, each one has a correct title and description, and the site is fast. That is the part that has to be right in the build. Ongoing monthly SEO — chasing rankings, link building, writing new articles every month — is a separate service and a separate cost.

14How long until my site is live?

Most Signature Website projects go live in 2–3 weeks. The two things that slow it down are both on your side: getting me your text and photos, and getting back to me at the approval points. A larger page count or an integration can push it out, and you will get a realistic date before you pay rather than after.

15How do revisions work?

There are set points where you review the work and send changes, and the number of rounds is written down before you pay. Sending your feedback in one go rather than in twenty messages keeps the site coherent and keeps it on schedule.

16What happens after launch?

The site, the files, the enquiry setup and simple notes on running it are handed to you. If you want me to keep making changes afterwards, we agree that separately — you are never locked into a monthly fee to keep your own site online.

17Do you work with international clients?

Yes. The service is designed for businesses worldwide, with professional international English as the default working language.

18How do I get started?

Fill in the short form — four questions is enough to start. I read it myself and reply to your email with a straight answer on price, what is included, and when it can be live. You can also just write to hello@jaysudha.com.
