Information you provide
When you submit a project brief, the form may collect your name, email address, business, country, current website, project type, goals, approximate page scope, and the message you write.
Enquiries you start but do not send
The enquiry form saves what you have written once you have typed a complete, valid email address. This exists so that closing the tab part-way through does not throw the enquiry away, and it is stated on the form itself as well as here. Nothing is saved before a valid address exists, there is no record of individual keystrokes, and the saved copy holds only the same fields the finished form would have sent. If you go on to send the enquiry, the saved copy is marked as completed. If you do not, it may prompt a single follow-up email and is not used again.
The website audit tool
The audit at /website-audit/ requests the public address you enter and reads the page that comes back. The address, the result, and the country reported by the Cloudflare edge are recorded. Your IP address is not stored. What is kept is a short one-way fingerprint derived from it, used only to count requests within the hour. No email address is asked for and none is needed to see the report.
Source and technical context
The enquiry architecture can also record the landing page, prototype viewed, referral URL, UTM campaign parameters, and a broad device label. This context is used to understand the enquiry and campaign source.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, prevent obvious spam or duplicate submissions, maintain project communication, and understand which pages lead to genuine enquiries. It is not presented publicly as a testimonial or client relationship.
Where it is processed
The intended launch architecture uses a Cloudflare-hosted website and a private Google Sheet connected through Google Apps Script. Those providers process data under their own terms and infrastructure.
Retention and requests
Enquiry data should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, records, security, and legitimate business administration. Unfinished enquiries and audit records are working data rather than records worth keeping, and are removed once they have served that purpose. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of enquiry data, email hello@jaysudha.com. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics or advertising measurement is not activated until real identifiers and a suitable consent approach are configured. See the Cookies page for the intended launch behavior.
