01What do I actually get for $600?
A complete website designed and built for your business: the pages we agree on, a look made for you rather than a template, an enquiry form that reaches your inbox, the Google setup, speed and phone testing, and the site put live on your own domain. The exact page list is written down before you pay anything.
02Will this get me more enquiries?
That is what the whole thing is built for — clear wording, an obvious way to get in touch on every screen, and pages that load fast on a phone. What I will not do is promise you a number. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed percentage before seeing your business is guessing, and results also depend on how many people find you and how quickly you reply.
03Is $600 really the final price?
For the pages we agree on, yes. If you need something genuinely bigger — a lot more pages, a real online shop, customer logins, a booking system, or software behind the site — I will tell you the extra cost before any work starts. Never on the invoice afterwards.
04Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. The enquiry asks for your current URL so the existing structure, content, technical constraints, and migration needs can be reviewed before scope is confirmed.
05Do you build ecommerce websites?
I can design and build premium ecommerce front ends and product storytelling. A real catalogue, checkout, payment, inventory, tax, or fulfilment integration is not assumed in the Signature Website package and must be scoped around the platform you use.
06Do you build WordPress websites?
WordPress is not assumed in the Signature Website package. If your content workflow needs WordPress, the editor experience, theme requirements, existing plugins, hosting, and security responsibilities are reviewed before any commitment or quote is made.
07Do you build SaaS or product websites?
Yes, when the task is a product marketing website, launch site, or front-end product narrative. Large application backends, authentication, billing, and complex product infrastructure are not silently included and require separate technical discovery.
08Do you build custom backend applications?
Not inside this package. Large SaaS backends, marketplaces, banking systems, custom CRMs, authentication systems, and other application infrastructure require separate technical discovery and pricing.
09Who owns the website after completion?
You do. Once the project is paid, the site and its files are handed over to you. Anything from a third party — fonts, a hosting account, a service you subscribe to — keeps its own terms, and I will tell you which is which.
10Where will my website be hosted?
Cloudflare by default, because it is fast and costs almost nothing to run. If you already have hosting you want to keep, or your business needs something specific, we sort that out before I build.
